Join our clients highly successful fundraising team and use your passion for donor engagement to help end factory farming and build a more compassionate, sustainable world.

About Them:

Our client is a leading global organisation dedicated to ending factory farming worldwide. They were founded in 1967 by Peter Roberts, a British farmer alarmed by the rise of factory farming. Over the past 50 years, they have made major strides in abolishing inhumane practices such as barren battery cages, veal crates, and sow gestation crates in the UK and Europe.

Their approach involves campaigning, advocacy, and engagement with policymakers at national, intergovernmental, and corporate levels, building a movement of individuals concerned about animal welfare and the health and sustainability of our food. They are driven by a passion for animal welfare and food system change, believing in a future where animals are treated with compassion and respect, and where sustainable farming practices prevail for a healthy planet.

Their international headquarters are in Godalming (UK), with team members in 14 countries on four continents including the US, Italy, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Czechia, China, and a specialist policy office in Brussels. This role is part of the Global Fundraising Directorate of over 50 staff, consisting of Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Legacies, Digital, CRM and Brand teams, based internationally, primarily in the UK (HQ) and their six other fundraising markets in the USA and Europe.

About the Role:

They are looking for a passionate and experienced fundraiser to develop, manage and grow their international mid-level giving programme. As their Global Mid-Level Giving Manager, you will take ownership of this key fundraising stream, playing a vital role in engaging and inspiring donors giving £1k / $1K / €1k and above a year, while also helping to cultivate relationships with major donors giving £10k and above, working as part of the Global Philanthropy team.

As part of this exciting role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Circle donors globally, creating a giving community and providing exceptional stewardship, delivering compelling impact communications, and creating engaging moments that deepen donors’ connection to their mission. Working primarily with their UK and US fundraising teams and supporters, you will develop and execute global strategies to recruit, retain, uplift and grow their community of committed donors. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Digital and CRM teams to deliver innovative, data-informed campaigns that drive loyalty and income. This is a strategic, hands-on role, which is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and telling powerful stories that move people to action.

About You:

To succeed as their Global Mid-Level Giving Manager, you will need to be a confident and strategic relationship-builder, who has a strong track record in fundraising and donor engagement, particularly within mid-level or major giving. You’ll understand what motivates donors, and be skilled at delivering personalised, inspiring stewardship, that builds loyalty and drives continued support. You will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment and have experience working across teams to deliver integrated fundraising campaigns.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for creativity, data analysis, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on donor experience and income growth.

Why Should You Apply:

You'll join a global movement committed to ending factory farming and building a fairer, more sustainable food system. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-led team that values integrity, collaboration, and compassion, for animals, the planet, and each other.
