Your role will include assisting with the planning and delivery of events, maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing event communications and collateral, processing data accurately and securely. This role offers a chance to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Follow fundraising best practices, adhere to St Mungo’s policies, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

About you

We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to learning and a passion for making a difference. You might already be in a similar role, have some previous experience in organising events or may be looking to bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn, to the role. Either way, if you want to get stuck into a new challenge, we encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate the following:

  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage your own time and a variety of tasks in a busy team environment.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service and build effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Some previous experience assisting with the planning, organising, and delivery of in-person and virtual events.
