The role

The Central Community team engages thousands of incredible supporters each year as they fundraise for Breast Cancer Now. With ambitious plans to grow and innovate the programme over the next three years, this role will develop and implement plans to attract, steward and retain supporters through both mass market communications and brilliant personal stewardship.

Alongside your team of Community Fundraising Executives, you’ll make sure that every supporter receives an inspiring and relevant journey. This will mean developing and improving our mass market supporter journeys, including our fundraising pack and stewardship emails, as well as managing our response handling and mentoring the Community Fundraising Executives as they provide exceptional relationship management.

You will work closely with the Products and Marketing teams to develop and optimise our Community Fundraising offers to engage audiences, and plan and deliver impactful campaigns to attract new supporters and re-engage past participants.  

Reporting into the Senior Community Fundraising Products Manager, you will be joining a fun, supportive and collaborative team who are truly committed to providing the best possible experience to each supporter.

About you

With a good knowledge of Community Fundraising, you’ll be passionate about providing supporters with the best possible experience and have the relationship-building skills to make it happen. You’ll have successfully developed multi-channel supporter journeys and have a flair for testing and innovating to ensure we’re continually improving our stewardship.

Your strong copywriting skills means you’ll be able to help develop inspiring fundraising resources and communications for supporters. And your positive attitude will mean your team of Community Fundraising Executives feel empowered, developed and supported in their roles.

This role is primarily based in our London office. However, in line with our hybrid working practice, full-time staff members may choose to work up to three days per week from home
