Based in Westminster for over 30 years, the Cardinal Hume Centre is at an exciting stage in our development.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a full life, but we know that homelessness and poverty can wreck that potential. Too often homelessness at a young age is repeated and compounded in later years. Our renewed vision is to increase our focus on young people, children and their families. To value every individual, nurture their potential and help people thrive.

Last year in the height of the lockdown, we were able to help over 1,100 people. Backed by the generosity of our funders and donors, we raised £2.4m or 70% of our income from voluntary sources in our last financial year.
We are now seeking a Director of Fundraising and Communications to lead at this critical time, to grow our fundraising and break new ground.

About You:

You will need senior relationship fundraising and communications experience, but equally important is the ability to be an inspiring and strategic leader. We need someone led by values and a passion for our purpose, who can see and communicate the bigger picture but is also attentive to the importance of detail. Someone who can support an exceptional team to plan, develop and build on their combined success.
