This is a brand new role, which will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our new Corporate Partnerships function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a fantastic supporter experience to corporate partners worth between £25,000 and £50,000.

Flexible location, mostly home working with the opportunity to work out of our London/Manchester office (currently 2 days per week, with plans to increase). Occasional travel to London/Manchester will be required.

Salary: £24,693-£28,768 (dependent on location and experience).

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, supporting over 10,000 disadvantaged young people every year. You will be joining at an exciting time. The organisation just launched its new strategy, with a vision to end youth homelessness by 2037. And we have recently restructured out corporate fundraising team into business development and partnership management specialisms, to enable us to provide a first class experience to our corporate supporters.

You will take full responsibility for our mid value partnerships (£20-50k/year). You will have the chance to work on a wide range of fundraising activities, and develop innovative engagement programmes which maximise income and partnership length from these supporters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional account management and devising growth plans for partners with potential to give more.
  • Working on fundraising campaigns utilising staff fundraising, cause related marketing, sponsorship, and more.
  • Submitting trust applications to existing corporate partners
  • Recruiting and stewarding partners for our flagship Sleep Out, and innovative STAY:UP events
  • Developing and implementing innovative Christmas campaign activities for our partners.

Knowledge & Experience

We’re looking for an experienced account manager to bring their passion and enthusiasm to the fight against youth homelessness. You’ll need fantastic verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
