Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager

The Charity for Civil Servants is currently looking for a Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver a strategy around high value fundraising. This is an exciting new role with huge opportunity to make an impact; responsible for growing all areas of high value fundraising, including the key growth areas of major donors and corporate partnerships.

We are here for the Civil Service community, listening without judgement and offering practical, financial and emotional support to people who come to us for help. With new fundraising initiatives coming up, development investment secured for the future, this is an exciting time to join our growing and ambitious team.

Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:

- Building a programme of high value giving from research through to delivery ensuring we are maximising opportunities and developing sustainable relationships and income.
- Creating business plans for high value giving (major donors, departmental, organisational and corporate partnerships and grants) and building a pipe-line of high value supporters.
- Developing a strong case for support and identifying funding opportunities.
- Identifying key prospects and opportunities for support, both from our warm and cold audiences.

Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager Requirements:

- To be considered for this role you will be a confident self-starter who is able to work alongside our Senior Leadership Team to research and identify key opportunities and drive forward the work plan, owning some big wins as you go.
- You will be an experienced and entrepreneurial fundraiser looking for an exciting new challenge. This role presents the opportunity to grow with us and will offer huge developmental scope.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all interviews will be conducted remotely.
