CHSW is looking for a passionate, innovative and strategic fundraiser to drive growth across a broad range of individual giving fundraising streams. We’re looking for a compelling and creative communicator who is also able to use detailed research and analysis to inform and craft effective campaigns.

About the role:

You will lead a team of fundraisers working at every stage of the journey that donors take with CHSW – whether joining our weekly Lottery or making a simple online donation, through to making sure top-class stewardship is given to major donors and those people choosing to leave a gift in their Will to further our vital work.

The importance of Individual Giving has grown significantly in the last two years – as the new Individual Giving Manager you will develop and drive a new strategy that ensures we can do more to make the most of short and precious lives across the South West.
