  • Based at CMS House, Oxford, with up to two days’ flexibility for home working (currently CMS employees are working from home following government guidance, and will continue to do so until the government advises office working)
  • Starting salary £31,305, with a generous pension contribution: up to 15 per cent employer contribution on annual salary

Join a passionate and committed team at Church Mission Society to project manage the development, implementation and launch of a succession of integrated campaigns to energise the UK church for local and global mission. You will also work closely with the Pioneer Mission Leadership Training, Partnership for Missional Church and Vocational Recruitment staff in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of leading multiple projects from start to completion and collaborating with others in the process. You will have proven experience of strategic and operational planning, an adaptive approach to agile project management, the ability to analyse and interpret data and able to explain trends to others.

It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian, enthusiastic about the aims and values of CMS.
