  • Hybrid working – approximately two days a week at CMS House, Oxford. We would also be open to a home-based contract with regular office visits
  • Starting salary £37,885 to £41,865 depending on experience, with a generous pension contribution: up to 15 per cent employer contribution on annual salary

Your role

In this role you will be responsible for all of Church Mission Society’s direct marketing – online and offline – to individuals and churches in Britain. With overall responsibility for digital engagement, you will work closely with others to ensure CMS has an integrated and appropriately resourced approach to direct marketing and digital development. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver inspiring, fundraising campaigns.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a marketing or fundraising background and be an engaging communicator, a self-starter who is able to successfully coordinate multiple projects and a people-motivator. You will have proven experience of leading teams and projects and meeting income targets. You’ll be adaptable and analytical, with an open and inquisitive nature.

It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian, enthusiastic about the aims and values of CMS.
