This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the EACH fundraising team and help raise funds for local life-threatened children, young people and their families.

EACH are recruiting for a Corporate Fundraising Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of the wider fundraising strategy, supporting the overall management and development of this rewarding part of the business.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Circa £34k- £36k per annum depending on experience
Location: Flexible*

Primarily focusing on corporate development, you will work closely with the senior management team, to lead the delivery of the corporate fundraising strategy.

You will lead the Corporate Fundraising team of 6 to meet and exceed income targets in the region of £700k p.a. and grow our existing network of corporate supporters. The team is in a great place, with some fabulous existing corporate supporters to nurture and steward, plus a clear opportunity for new business growth.

About You

We’re ideally looking for a mature experienced people manager with excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and inspire. You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to influence internally and externally and be able to build and present compelling business cases for philanthropic support from our Corporate partners.

You may have previous experience in the fundraising sector or you may be from a commercial environment having delivered against revenue targets or in a business development role building prospects that result in growing revenue.

We are flexible on location for this role, which could be located at any of our well-equipped offices in *Ipswich, Cambridge and Norfolk, and we operate a hybrid working environment which gives the opportunity for some home working too.
