Capital Campaign Lead – Major Gifts
Location:
 Cambridge, Melbourn, or Norwich / Hybrid Working*
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Annual salary: £29,059 - £33,210 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term for three years

*Although based from any of our offices, you will need to spend time in Cambridgeshire to deliver the role.  Hybrid working allows for two days a week to be worked from home.

As Capital Campaign Lead for Major Gifts, you will work with the Head of Philanthropy and Capital Appeals, and colleagues in the Philanthropy Team and across EAAA, to secure transformational campaign gifts.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, making compelling face-to-face asks, and supporting the Campaign Committee and senior staff to solicit the all-important lead campaign gifts.

You will work with colleagues, including clinical crews and pilots, to devise and deliver unique and personalised stewardship plans, ensuring that donors and prospects are inspired to support the campaign and to continue supporting our work long into the future.

You will also be instrumental in building the prospect pipeline, contributing to prospecting strategy meetings and conducting research to uncover new potential avenues of support to develop.

With previous experience within the fundraising sector, you will have a proven track record in supporting the solicitation of gifts of £15,000+. You will have experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, forecasting, planning, and setting KPIs, and working with CRM systems.
