Location: Hybrid Working – mostly homebased with requirements to attend events and head office in Godalming as required
Salary: Up to £35, 000 per annum, plus 8% employer pension contribution 
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, flexible working and compressed hours available

As a leading campaigning organisation, we actively combat the persecution of wild animals for 'sport' in the modern world. Now, we're looking for an experienced fundraiser to help us make a real positive impact on animals' lives. 

What You’ll Do: 
As our Regular Giving Manager, you will play a crucial role in inspiring supporters by cultivating a sense of identity and ownership to secure regular and committed donations. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the acquisition of regular giving through inspiring online activities and campaigns

  • Recruiting, managing and growing the League Lotto

  • Growing Payroll giving opportunities with third-party suppliers and supporters

Who We're Looking For: 
We need a proactive individual with a passion for animal welfare, boasting: 

  • Proven experience in a third sector fundraising role 

  • Experience designing and delivering regular giving strategies 

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
