Philanthropic Giving Lead

A rewarding opportunity to manage a team and lead on the development and implementation of a major donor strategy has arisen at this highly regarded local charity. You will be responsible for the mid and major gift programme, private and in-memory donations, legacies, trusts and grants and LOROS’ regular giving strategy in order to achieve significant income growth.

Working closely alongside LOROS’ Senior Management Committee, Director of Income Generation, Trustees and Project Leads throughout the Organisation, you will develop projects and submit them to potential donors for funding whilst also managing, and continually developing existing income generation activity within the area of Philanthropic Giving at LOROS.

To be successful, you will have experience of identifying, cultivating and maintaining high quality supporter relationships and a proven track record of securing high level income from those relationships (five and six figure gifts). The successful candidate will have experience in major donor fundraising, and launching, planning and delivery of new and existing partnerships. A strategic, creative thinker with problem solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
