Database & Operations Manager

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic data management specialist to join our Development team as the College plans the next chapter in its Development journey. Merton is setting out clear philanthropic goals for the years ahead: to attract the most outstanding people in the world, as undergraduates, graduates and Fellows, to serve the common good.

This is a senior role within the team and the successful candidate will work alongside colleagues in support of various fundraising priorities and alumni relations initiatives. They will undertake a broad range of duties including managing the Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) on behalf of the College, maintaining and developing Merton’s NetCommunity presence, undertaking gift processing and reporting, and conducting prospect research.

This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who has experience of database management within the not-for-profit sector and is ready to take a lead role and make a key contribution to the College’s fundraising efforts.
