Director of Business Development

Full time, permanent position

Based in Reading

Salary circa. £70k plus local government pension scheme

PACT is a charity that exists to build and strengthen families and does this by delivering Ofsted rated outstanding adoption and adoption therapeutic support services, inspirational community projects and an award winning digital adoption support platform.

We are a supportive and respectful organisation, and our professional staff teams and volunteers are genuinely passionate about delivering positive outcomes for our beneficiaries.

Established in 1911, the charity has a national reach, working in partnership with Regional Adoption Agencies, Local Authorities, funders and commissioners.

We are looking for a talented and successful strategic Director of Business Development to deliver our ambition for growth and to succeed in this role you will have experience of digital service development and knowledge of the digital landscape.

Maintaining and building on our successes to date, you will grow our market leadership in digital innovation, pursue new markets, increase unrestricted income, build positive collaborative relationships with partners and raise the profile of the fantastic work we do.

With a proven track record of developing new and sustainable income generating services, you should be a pro-active and inclusive leader, who thrives being part of a busy and collaborative team, and who is driven by a passion for delivering positive outcomes for children, families and vulnerable women.
