n exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and creative person to join the expanding Commercial Partnerships team on a fixed term basis for 12 months, covering maternity leave. 

Your role will be a mixture of New Business and Account Management, looking after existing high profile accounts, whilst also seeking opportunities through new partnerships. Working with the Parkinson's community is at the heart of all our partnerships, so you will have a passion for co-production and collaboration.

It is a very exciting time to join the Commercial Partnerships team who have enjoyed some fantastic successes over the past few years, delivering partnerships with Next, National Garden Scheme, Hydrow, Everyone Active and Home Instead.

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage existing high profile accounts, such as Next, ensuring their growth and maximising opportunity to deliver income targets and strategic value.

  • Work on new business through prospecting new opportunities, creating leads, pitching ideas and finding a shared purpose in collaboration with corporates.

  • You will work on a mixture of partnerships in cause related marketing, sponsorship, charity of the year and strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with internal colleagues to deliver projects and build new opportunities to help the charity deliver against its strategy

  • Work closely with the Parkinson’s community to deliver true community led partnerships that bring benefit to people with Parkinson’s and income.

What you’ll bring: 

  • You are an experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering five and six-figure corporate partnerships.

  • You will be proactive and tenacious in your approach to build new relationships with corporates, securing meetings with cold and warm prospects.

  • You will have a high standard of accuracy, manage your workload effectively and have a track record of delivering high-quality corporate partnerships in collaboration with others.

  • You will be an excellent relationship builder, and able to build relationships across the charity, trustees, the Parkinson’s community and with corporates.

  • You will have a commercial mindset but able to see opportunities to bring strategic value to improve the daily lives of people living with Parkinson’s
