At Prisoners’ Education Trust (PET), we believe everyone in prison should have the opportunity to turn their life around through education.

We are looking for someone to join our team as Individual Giving Manager. Individual donors have always been important to PET and you’ll help us to give them a bit more love!

You will be a member of the fundraising and communications team and will report to the Head of Fundraising and Communications. You will work closely with your fundraising and communications colleagues to develop our individual giving programme and ensure our donors feel part of the PET community.

Work strands will include relationship development with existing donors, donor recruitment, regular giving growth, and development of our work around major donors and legacies. You will ensure we maintain a best practice approach to our fundraising activities, and ensure equality, diversity and inclusion issues are considered too.

Fundraising is always a challenge, but especially now. The Individual Giving Manager is a new post and is vital to ensuring PET can raise the funds needed to achieve our vision of making every prisoner a learner, and every prison a place to learn.

We are committed to building a truly diverse workforce and are working hard to make equality, diversity and inclusivity part of who we are and everything we do.

We welcome and encourage applications from under-represented groups and from applicants with lived experience of the criminal justice system.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
