Starting salary from £22,500 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Would you like to inspire people to support the UK’s largest horse sanctuary?

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative and flexible individual with a passion for animals who shares our desire to put supporter engagement at the heart of our fundraising and trading activities.

On site you will lead a team to welcome visitors to Redwings Oxhill, managing the shop, café and visitor experience and ensuring the smooth running of the centre. You will also have the chance to take the centre to the next level, using your entrepreneurial skills to find new ways to generate income using our facilities. There will be the chance to get out and about in the local community too, building on existing relationships and developing new ones, to raise awareness of our work and create engagement opportunities that raise funds.

This is a permanent role that includes weekends on a rota basis. We welcome both full time (37.5 hours) and part time applications (minimum 25 hours). Please state your preferred hours in your application.

A full clean manual driving licence is essential
