The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF’s leading welfare charity, and seeks to understand and meet the welfare needs of those in the RAF Family, from those currently serving in the RAF and their families through to veterans of all ages. This is achieved through the delivery of a wide range of services, initiatives and programmes which last year helped over 55,000 individuals.

We have a vacancy for a Direct Marketing Manager.  This is a key position in the Fund’s friendly and hardworking fundraising team in London.  It involves raising significant support from individuals from cash and regular gifts.  You will lead on the programme to attract new supporters to the cause and to provide engaging communications for our existing supporters.  We will also give you opportunity to show your fundraising experience and flair in creating new ways to connect with supporters through a variety of channels from direct mail and telephone to TV and digital. 

You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering a successful and innovative programme to meet our ambitious fundraising plans as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for the work of the RAF Benevolent Fund.
