Every day TCV works across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone - communities where our activities have a lasting impact on people's health, prospects and outdoor places.

Our current corporate partners and their employees are amazing and make an incredible difference to the work TCV can deliver across the UK. We are looking for someone special to help TCV develop and implement a new way of working with some of our corporate partners.

This is an exciting time to join TCV and the partnership team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, confident individual - someone who wants to make a difference and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Working within the fundraising and partnership team, you will focus on developing our high value corporate partnership funding and our corporate sponsorship program. This role also supports the wider requirements of the fundraising and partnership team as may be required, dependent on the needs of the charity.

You will lead on developing and bringing to life this new approach for TCV in how we work together with our corporate partners - enabling us to connect even more people to green spaces.

Ideally you are already working or have worked in the charity sector and are able to demonstrate experience in managing and or developing corporate partnerships.

You should be confident in your ability to prospect new partnerships and, utilising your previous knowledge and experience, you will lead on identifying and creating a pipeline of corporate partners to contact, whose values and strategic objectives clearly align to TCV.

You will create and pitch compelling proposals and cases for support focused toward:

  • High value (Corporate) funding support for TCV (£75,000 +)
  • Developing a new membership programme for corporate partners

As the lead on this exciting new area of income generation for TCV, you must be confident in your ability to communicate our case for support, ensuring your proposals are compelling, well thought out and deliver value and impact for both our corporate partners and TCV.

If you're looking for your next exciting step in the charity sector and feel you have the experience and drive to deliver this role, get in touch.

You are going to be a big part of a small team with very big ambitions for 2022 and beyond!

The role will require some travel and overnight stays from time to time.

A bit more about us

We recognise that each community and the people living there have different needs. Whether improving wellbeing, conserving a well-loved outdoor space or bringing people together to promote social cohesion and combat loneliness, TCV works together with communities to deliver practical solutions to the real life challenges they face.

For over 60 years we have adapted our work with volunteers to reflect the changing needs of communities in the UK and, by giving people a sense of purpose and belonging, we have empowered them to take control of their lives and outdoor spaces for the benefit of all.

Whilst our activities vary, our inclusive approach has remained consistent; bringing people and places together to create happy, healthy and connected communities for everyone.
