Every day TCV works across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone - communities where our activities have a lasting impact on people's health, prospects and outdoor places.

This is a newly created, fantastic position within our fundraising team, where the successful candidate will help support the implementation and delivery of our new fundraising strategy.

Working alongside our new Head of Fundraising and the wider corporate team, you will support individual giving and corporate fundraising.

This is a great time to be joining TCV, we have some incredible supporters and you will help us to help them understand the impact we are making across the UK and how they are making a difference by supporting TCV.

In some respects, this is a fresh start, as our approach to fundraising at TCV is still evolving. Working with the Head of Fundraising you shall play a part in delivering where we are now, where we want to be, and most importantly - how we get there.

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience of corporate and or community fundraising
  • Ideally experience of working on campaigns or appeals
  • Experience of managing individual giving

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark, to bring your skills and experience and help shape the future of fundraising at TCV.

A bit more about us

We recognise that each community and the people living there have different needs. Whether improving wellbeing, conserving a well-loved outdoor space or bringing people together to promote social cohesion and combat loneliness, TCV works together with communities to deliver practical solutions to the real life challenges they face.

For over 60 years we have adapted our work with volunteers to reflect the changing needs of communities in the UK and, by giving people a sense of purpose and belonging, we have empowered them to take control of their lives and outdoor spaces for the benefit of all.

Whilst our activities vary, our inclusive approach has remained consistent; bringing people and places together to create happy, healthy and connected communities for everyone.
