An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Individual Giving Fundraising Manager at Tree Aid. The role will focus on developing and supporting programmes aimed at lower-level givers. Engaging individuals across the country, connecting with existing and new supporters effectively to achieve a realistic income target of £700k+.

Your role will involve planning, delivering and evaluating an ambitious Individual Giving programme, across a portfolio of cash, regular giving, community fundraising and legacies and in memory donors. You will maximise supporter retention and development opportunities to ensure long term programme growth. Experienced at developing effective supporter journeys, you will manage the stewardship of a growing base of donors.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Individual Giving Manager. Someone with significant experience in supporter engagement and direct marketing. We welcome applications from those who have experience of delivering a UK Aid Match appeal.

You will be adept at maintaining and building long term relationships with donors. You will be data driven and confident developing data segmentation strategies. You’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM databases, and how they can be used to enhance the supporter experience. You will have knowledge of trends in individual giving and digital fundraising.

Finally, you should be an excellent communicator, with a proactive and creative approach to working, used to juggling multiple priorities and passionate about delivering the best supporter experience possible. You will lead by example to provide sector-leading supporter care.

To be successful as Individual Giving Manager, you will have:

  • 2-3 years management experience within Individual Giving fundraising
  • Confidence in implementing and creating fundraising strategy
  • Evidence of using insights to engage with key audiences and building long-lasting relationships
  • Collaborative nature and positive outlook
