Salary: circa £45k per annum + good range of benefits

Contract: Permanent – 36.5 hours per week, (part time working considered)

Based: Milton Keynes/Home based

Job Purpose

The Senior Philanthropy Manager will join an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Directorate in bringing excellent relationship building abilities, an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, and a passion to support the world’s most vulnerable children.

This externally facing role will focus on new business development, responsible for generating and managing new high value relationships and networks. The role will focus on seven figure gifts through the highest levels of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to secure transformational support for World Vision’s programming across the globe.

The role will explore, grow, and lead relationship-led approaches to new business including peer to peer fundraising, seeking opportunities to network and attend events, and developing creative and inspiring global propositions which will engage new philanthropists at the highest level.

You will be an exceptional relationship builder with significant experience gained at a senior level working with High Net-worth individuals or in relationship /account management roles. The post holder will have a demonstrable track record of being able to influence, be persuasive and credible at the most senior levels with an energy and passion for World Vision’s mission and vision to serve the world’s most vulnerable children.
